Enquiry is open: try our form backend free for 14 days
Anyone can now sign up for Enquiry, our form backend for website contact forms, and try it free for 14 days. £8 a month or £80 a year, VAT included.
Enquiry, the form backend we built for our own client websites, is now open to everyone. Sign up at enquiry.bromputers.co.uk and try the whole thing free for 14 days.
When we introduced Enquiry last week, accounts were set up by hand. Since 30 October, signup is self-serve: create an account, paste your form, confirm your email address, and enquiries start arriving.
What it does
Most small business websites are static: fast, cheap to host and hard to break, but with no server to send you an email when someone fills in the contact form. Enquiry does that part.
- Emails each enquiry to you, with Reply-To set to the visitor, so answering is just pressing Reply
- File uploads: images and PDFs up to 10 MB each, checked by their contents
- A spam folder, not a black hole: honeypot, spam score, allowed websites, and Turnstile or hCaptcha if you want a captcha. Anything caught waits for you to check it
- An autoresponder that thanks the visitor and sends them a copy of what they wrote
- A dashboard to search every submission, see what was delivered and export to a spreadsheet
- Up to 5 recipients per form, each confirming their address before anything is sent to it
Getting started
- Start a trial at enquiry.bromputers.co.uk. You add a card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
- Point your form’s action at Enquiry and add your access key. The docs have a form you can copy.
- Confirm your email address. One click, and enquiries start landing in your inbox.
Coming from Web3Forms? Enquiry takes the same field names, so switching is one line: change the form’s action address. You can bring your past enquiries across from a Web3Forms CSV export too.

Common questions
What is Enquiry?
A form backend run by Bromputers. It receives the submissions from your website's contact forms and emails them to you, with file uploads, spam filtering and an autoresponder.
How do I sign up?
Go to enquiry.bromputers.co.uk and choose Start a 14-day trial. You add a card when you start and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
How much does it cost?
One plan: £8 a month or £80 a year in the UK, VAT included (US$10 a month or US$100 a year elsewhere, before tax). It includes 10,000 emails a month, unlimited forms and websites, file uploads and the autoresponder. There is no free plan.
What does the trial include?
The whole plan for 14 days, with up to 100 emails. There is also a full refund within 14 days of any payment, if you ask.
Can I move my forms from Web3Forms?
Yes. Enquiry takes the same field names as Web3Forms, so moving a form is a change to its action address. Past enquiries can be imported from a Web3Forms CSV export.
Can Bromputers set it up for me?
Yes. If you'd rather not touch your website's code, we can set it up for you, and Bromputers clients can have their forms moved across.
